He didn't even have a bad set up to build on, Lukaku....etcIt comes down to Moshiri. We weren't in this position before his arrival.

The difference there is that Johnson sold to the first person to come up with the money to buy out his shareholding.Moshiri had the opportunity to move us forward but let an incompetent idiot massage his own ego and take us backwards instead. The ultimate business owner always needs to take the blame even though there's always a number of people/factors that cause the problems. Currently that's Moshiri.
If your argument is that it's Kenwright's fault for selling to Moshiri then it's Johnson's fault for selling to Kenwright.
Whatever your argument, there are a lot of dirty fingers in this pie.
Aye, he inherited a good team, spent millions of pounds and is about to relegate us. Never mind we've become financially f'ed under him. There's common denominator here and it isn't the old fart.He didn't even have a bad set up to build on, Lukaku....etc
No I mean keep on the worst chairman in the clubs historyYou mean be as bad as Moshiri at recruitment?
I agree that Kenwright is a massive problem, a stain on the club and the architect of much of it's demise. And that's why Moshiri, as the owner, should have removed him but he hasn't, he's enabled him to continue destroying us.
We needed to 'twist' in the sense that every side in the league was getting richer and richer though. Think we'd be in a similar, if not worse, situation sooner had we not been sold.It comes down to Moshiri. We weren't in this position before his arrival.
If we are being serious about this then there is only one answer as to who is primarily responsible, Kenwright.
He has been involved at a senior level for 19 years during which time the club has not developed, lacked any plan and lived from hand to mouth. All whilst operating as a multi million pound business. His performance is a gross dereliction of his duty as Chairman. By 2016 when he found Moshiri, any competent individual would have realised that his aim of staying involved with someone else investment was not in the best interests of the club or indicative of the way the ownership issues were developing within the Prem.
In rrefusing to stand down, he is atagonising our fan base. I for one wish to see his credibility further damaged as I regard his ego driven conduct unforgiveable.
This is the result of having people in high positions totally unfit for there rolesBlame lies in the recruitment. Where we've spent our money. When a good player has left us (or simply passed their prime) we have addressed that issue horrendously.
The lack of a plan since Moshiri has arrived at the club is an absolute disgrace and it's why we find ourselves where we are.
Moyes sure did a great job with limited funds. We need to be honest here, this club has never recovered from when Moyes left.Man Utd for poaching Moyes lol
11 Don Carlo doing a runner.Here's my top 10.
Feel free to play along.
1. Moshiri - world's stupidest billionaire
2. Kenwright - created culture of failure + mediocrity
3. DBB - regional sales manager for DFS
4. DOFs - catastrophic, every one of them
5. Players - everything's been said
6. Koeman - never recovered from him, did it to Valencia
7. Flunkies - Executive team + Sharp, Ferguson, Unsworth et al
8. Media - mainly Echo, but they've all cozied up to Bill. McNulty + Hunter did right thing. Eventually.
9. Happy clappers - mugs, could be higher
10. Ex players - only Southall, Stubbs said anything
There would be no Moshiri if Blue Bill hadn`t seen the lorry load of cash he would make out of selling shares to him. It's all on Moshiri. He enabled the rest.
