The blame game

The cost has been the air of devastation amongst the squad.
The cost has been the remains limping on without the veterans.
The cost has been trying to find stop gap solutions to these cruelest injuries.
The cost has been the career enders occurring almost simultaneously.
Marquee signings goosed. Luck has been against us as much as ourselves have.
This isn't Manchester united or city, where a bad signing or three can be ridden out, such risks are devastating and then throw in the abominations...

Wont blame Bolasie, Gbamin or Townsend for ACL injuries ever. No one wants a career ender. That's all genuine bad luck.
Bolasie did his meniscus, I did the same (and an Achilles rupture while we’re at it… I feel your pain Yak). The meniscus doesn’t have much of a blood supply so doesn’t heal well, it can now be replaced by an artificial one which is seemingly designed for pensioners or can have a repair if he was lucky to still have most of it left. Absolutely appalling luck. Practically finishes top level athletes of all kinds. It finished me and I wasn’t an athlete of any kind 🥲

Right I see, so Kenwright is exonerated and it's all PJs fault becuase Johnson could of chosen White but pilled us off with Kenwright, I see.

If White wanted Everton he would of got it
Kenwright did save us from that leach Johnson, And he did bring in Moyes who finally brought some stability in to the the club after the utter misery we had been suffering during the 90's, so I do have to give him credit for that. whether I now get Lynched on here or not.

But since then you have to accept he has just sat back with his head getting sucked further up his backside as time went by, he's bascally done a complete U-turn from removing Johnson to bringing in Mosh. And we are now in a much worse state as a club then we were when he took the club on.

Yes, he couldn't foresee Russia's Invasion of Ukraine but if your gonna accept he brought in the stability to the club then you also have to accept he threw it away and has left us in a catastrophic state whilst sitting comfortably in his directors seat ( when he's there that is and not aiming slander at the fans with derogatory unforgiveable lies...

The New Stadium has become bigger then the actual club, and that could now end us.

The whole Board/Hierarchy needs a clean out/Refresh for this club to find it's soul again

It is not a fact, there were others interested as already proven to you, only you can't accept it in your warped little trolling mind because you have your head stuck up your beloved's arse.
Its a cold hard fact he was the only one willing and able to buy the club from Johnson, fact, and nobody, including yourself can say otherwise.
It's a black and white either or, it's Johnson or Kenwright and no.other names were ever in the picture.

the rot had already well set in, its been the mismanagement and spending previously that has done to us not Lampard.
the players we bought and the expense of these players is staggering mismanagement especially the summer Kenwright bought Rooney, Koeman bought Klaasen and the DOF bought Sigurdsson.
28 million Bolaise
28 Million Klaasen
45 million Sigurdsson
25 million Schnederlein
35 million Iwobi
30 Million moise Kean
22 million Gbamin
28 million Mina
25 million Wlcott
25 million Tosun
28 million Michael Keane

and this doesn't include the Andre Gomes, Maupey, Delph, Onyekuru, Vlasic's of the world who all cost 10 plus million each
What we got for the outlay is simply horrendous. Every club buys duds but we've perfected the art.

When we come sniffing around the refuse of other teams, they must rub their hands together.

By the time Kenwright sold to Moshiri, the club had several times the debt that they had under Johnson. They'd also had to sell 2 training facilities, multiple other property assets and even parts of the Goodison estate itself. When Kenwright joined the board, Everton was 3rd or 4th in the income league table. By the time Moshiri had to step in we were 12th. The club's board's job is to increase investment and all commercial and matchday revenue streams, to provide more funds for the manager and to improve all club infrastructure. They failed to achieve any of this and we stumbled down the pecking order. Kenwright was offered the chance of a true state of the art stadium in the city centre for a tiny club investment. We lost out on 20+yrs of increased revenue and status and all the opportunities that would've brought because Kenwright wanted to keep control. We then had Philip Green and multiple Dodgy loans to keep us afloat and frauds like Samuelson wheeled out.... all while Kenwright mysteriously managed to increase his shareholding well beyond the value of his personal wealth. Kenwright then tried to help out his new retail pals with Destination Kirkby.... supported by a litany lies..... culminating in more failure and the ceasation of AGMs for the first time in our history.
Moyes built decent sides despite the board and certainly not because of them..... as proven by a zero net spend over a decade. While all around us were building new stands and whole stadia, and still outspending us on the pitch, we were just mounting debts. Stability, my royal blue ar*e! He turned us into a nothing club with lots of debt and no financial muscle and the oldest stadium in the league. A club that as soon as it lost Moyes started to decline rapidly. He managed to find a sucker who was desperate to play absent landlord and rinse his Russian boss's cash..... he is still chairman, he is still a liar, and has taken us to the brink. Johnson was a tiny blip in the proceedings compared to this serial failure, by whichever metric you choose.

Looking from the outside in,I think if you had Delph at the start of his career you would have found he was an outstanding footballer. I watched his debut for Leeds he was better than anything since Aaron Lennon. The market is over inflated we lost money last year on a turnover of £189 million. Clubs like Leeds, Everton, without coherent investment and a decent scouting policy are always going to struggle. Brentford and Brighton are probably the best examples of how to survive in this league. Hopefully we are rid of Radz and Orta if we survive. Nice easy game tonight v the unmentionables who you want to win tonight.
