The bomb shelter thread.

How is it down here, I've not been down for a while. mind you Everton are so depressing at the moment, I find myself not really interested in fixtures. The love affair that never ends no matter how bad things get. Can we divorce our football teams that would be great like.

Why not pop into that thread in the meantime. As Tesco say ; ‘every little helps’ (other major supermarkets are available but they don’t have that tagline)

He’s currently busy in his laboratory at the moment.

He’s just liaising with David Cronenberg and putting the final touches to his new project, the half human, half vacuum cleaner.

Once he’s finished, he’ll be back posting more black and white photos of Imre Varadi’s matching dressing gown and slippers.

You had any assessments? I made use of the local IAPT services recently. I already knew I was depressed and anxious, but at least there's some sense of confirmation by officially going through the assessment questionnaires. I.e. not just by doing the ones they use (GAD-7 for anxiety and phq-9 for depression) you can find online lol. Less convinced by the online CBT course they bunged me on.

Not yet, from discussions ive had, i may have borderline personality disorder, im sure its more than just depression though
