There was a classic phone in years ago when a scouser rang in when the topic was on tips to save money when feeding the family.
He was explaining the many ways of cooking a cabbage
On Monday he would steam it
On Tuesday he would roast it
On Wednesday he would put it in a stir fry
On Thursday he would boil it
On Friday he would brais it
When he finished James Whale thanked him for his contribution then the fella came back and said there was only one problem he never knew what to do with the wheelchair.

A horrible wretch of a one trick pony who hated and vilified people from Liverpool, was an über Thatcherite and became a pastiche of a rancid, bitter, white racist stit shirrer.
But apart from that I suppose yeah, he was marmite.

Terry Reid - an amazing singer and songwriter who never really got the break he deserved, although you could argue that turning down the Zepplin gig was not a smart move at the time.
