First heard him from his first album but really appreciated him as I got older....his latter work from "I'm Your Man" bears comparison with his earlier songs.........Leonard Cohen I remember he was much maligned in the 80s I discovered his music few years ago genius

Yep one of my favourite series of the last few years and he was great in it.
I loved him hustle too.It is still repeated on some channel or other, and Mrs R has them all on the Sky Plus gizmo. Still a great watch on those rubbish TV evenings, even if you know the outcome.

Yeah it's on some random sky channel called Sony I think, one of the few things I own the boxset of. Took me years before I realised that Ash was the brother of the bloke from Life on Mars.
