Many do mate. It's not a thing about being selfish or any other crap people throw at them, it's the ultimate act if desperation for someone with deep deep problems that go beyond comprehension

No doubt mate, but as I've said previously as a parent it's something I can't get my head around, you're supposed to be there for them no matter what.

Sorry mate, but I find it alarming that some people think it's sound to try troll this thread, May some be bandwagon jumping - ofc they may, but Christ is that worse than people basically laughing/trolling at people passing condolences on or saying anything personal about how someone's music affected them etc?

How [Poor language removed] sad a life you must have for you to go to the dead thread to pass comment on someone just to get a rise outta people who liked him.

No doubt mate, but as I've said previously as a parent it's something I can't get my head around, you're supposed to be there for them no matter what.

Unfortunately depression in extreme can be all consuming and blocks out all rational thought / reason.

We take mental health seriously here as most will know, so let's leave it there and move on.

Fair enough mate. But for me the need to comment on something in a frankly [Poor language removed] manner which actually may have upset people is a bigger disgrace.

Some people are affected by music and it does help at hard times in their life, feel free to come back with a smart arse comment by all means.

Mental illness is a tragedy though, hopefully people after this death will ask for the help they need.

Very rarely post on it mate, but some of the posts - actually most of them are an utter credit to the site, to blues. And mostly to the people with the courage to talk openly about problems.

Fair play mate. I'm into this genre of music, seen most of them and its weird watching them all go the same way over the years - actually upsetting to see people whose work helped you through crap times take this,way out.
