The Dead Thread

Well I been for my results, I have got breast cancer but it's early stage 2, because it's over a wider area and not a lump I have to have a mastectomy but hopefully no chemo or radiotherapy. Thank you to all you kind people who have wished me well xx
So sorry for the result but obviously happy with the news they’ve caught it early .

Can only wish you well and tell you the thoughts oh lots on here will be with you .

Really wish that the news could have been better but at least it has been caught early. Wishing you well for your operation and keeping fingers crossed there there is no need for chemo or radiotherapy.đź’™

Sorry to hear that Sue but as you and others have said least it is an early diagnosis. Best of luck with the operation and I hope you heel up soon. Would be good if we can open up a new thread to post updates on, under the current banner it gives me palpitations. :)

Sake. No worries mate.
My mum was diagnosed same thing 20 odd years ago. Still running rings round all of us and looks as good now as she did then. Big hugs and we're all here for you when/if ever you need to let off steam or shizz. Take care xx

Sorry about the results but over the moon it’s been caught early and prognosis is good, the wife’s 2 sisters have both gone through the trauma of breast cancer with her younger sister getting the All clear today stay strong Sue everyone is wishing you a speedy recovery.

Whilst its obviously not the result you want I hope, if like me, the actual diagnosis at least gives you some comfort knowing that things could have been much worse and hopefully their surgical plan gives you some hope of a positive end result. Glass half full and all that!

Cancer, in all it forms, shapes and sizes, is just sh*t

Take care and the very best of luck!
