His elder brother used to work at the Tyson's wood kilns in Paul St,he often turned up for the lunchtime kick about with lads there.I’d looked him up earlier as I vaguely remember seeing his name in some old match programmes. I saw he’d played 5 games in the 69/70 season and wondered if he’d ever got a medal. Glad it wasn’t too late.
