Just 90mins of booing. We should just have no songs then?
Fatima would be miraculous wherever she played!I'd play her up front
Not Z cars, it's Johnny Todd.z cars, that is the tune that needs binning before any other. Imagine being a young Everton player trying to motivate yourself and having to walk out to that old fashioned, monotonous, unremarkable ear shizzle.
Pretty sure that’s what I said. Is it part of local Hertfordshire heritage as well? Not Z cars, it's Johnny Todd.
It's history,part of local heritage.
So 'if yer know yer history '.
This might be unimportant in terms of the real problems we're face with at the club at the moment, but it's getting on my nerves and I have to speak out.
Over the past 12 months or so the club have placed this song down the pecking order in favour of stuff like Forever Everton and that abomination Spirit of the Blues (which, IMO, only people who are impressed by cat memes can possibly like).
Grand Old Team should rightfully be restored to being played prior to Z-Cars and immediately after any win or good/unexpected draw against a top of the table challenging team.
The fact that no longer happens is another example of the trampling down of our culture by the clueless frauds who've cratered the club in the last 7 seasons.
Thoughts?
A bit like swearing in church, but yeah, its ultra garbo.z cars, that is the tune that needs binning before any other. Imagine being a young Everton player trying to motivate yourself and having to walk out to that old fashioned, monotonous, unremarkable ear shizzle.
What's wrong with that?Singing about the RS and history
'Grand' is neither good nor bad, just grand, leaning toward good I suppose, maybe.
A celebration of mediocrity because history or whatever, don't care about it's demotion
I'm grand with it
Carnival sounding song and not a very good one at that
