Thought Dawnguard was gash to be honest.

Or maybe I'm just bored of Skyrim. It's visually impressive, technically impressive etc etc. But just really boring to play.

Not that I haven't spent 120+ hours playing it, like.

its really weird, i absolutely loved skyrim but as soon as i finished the main quest i completely lost interest in it, tried to go back to it but just found it dull, so am in two minds if too get dawnguard or not?! help me please

Wait for it to come down in price at the very least.

Honestly I enjoyed some of the new places and it was visually entertaining in that respect, but the new gameplay mechanics are so-so and it's essentially just more of the same. I've played loads of WRPGs since I finished Skyrim the first time and each has far better combat. That's the crux of the issue -- the combat is dull and so playing the game now is just dull.

Well yeah but I don't know what Neil really likes. Dragon's Dogma isn't for everyone.

I just think Arisen is a bloody ace name.
If you are bored of Skyrim, get Oblivion if you never played it.

It seems completely different.

If you get bored of Oblivion, get Morrowind (still my favourite, but that may just be from nostalgia).
