The Everton Board Thread 2014/15

Is it time for change?

  • I'm happy with the way thing are. Kenwright and the Board should stay.

  • Kenwright and the board need to go. We need change.

You do realise that the board could quite legally, tomorrow, sell Coleman, Baines, Jags, McCarthy, Stones, Barkley & Lukaku. I reckon that would be a big profit in the accounts that they could pocket.

Yep there'd be a long queue to buy a club without decent players, wonder why they haven't thought of that

Not too sure what's the matter with him but on TalkSport about 15 minutes ago they said they hope Kenwright gets better soon, not too sure if it's been mentioned anywhere else and what's the matter with him?
Just wondering if this was the Everton news Mike "porky' Parry was refering to a couple of days ago.
He mentioned 2-3 days then later backtracked on social media. He's a very close friend of Bill's and with Brazil wishing Bill well
on the same radio station, doesnt sound too good.Hope the guy's ok like.

Someone tweeted Parry didn't they and he backtracked but I remember him saying there would be news. TalkSport though mate, the devil of the airwaves that station!

Or

d - The price being asked is astronomically high for a club where there has been no investment in infrastructure in over twenty years
Just to rewind
I think I have said BK cannot be a good chairman as he doesn't have the money or the financial backing.

back to topic
Everything you mention maybe true, but there Is a big maybe there.
All I can go with is nobody has come in for us, so I tend to work on the premise I will not criticise until I see a sound investment rejected.
Also I will throw in that I don't want a Chelsea or City owner!!!!!

Also I will throw in that I don't want to win anything ever again!!!!!
There you go..all fixed. You're welcome.

Such was Barkley's poor season, he is only valued at 10m.

Winning the right way with sound investment and an academy that produces quality
Not selling the soul of the club for somebody to use a play thing
Maybe a little old school, and maybe need to move with the times
All sounds very romantic when you write that, but unfortunately in the real world these days that way doesn't win you anything in the Premier League.

Not romantic as said don't want to sell the soul of the club
You seem to be the new breed of sky loving football fan who just wants silverware at any cost, even if this means ripping up our great history.
As mentioned(will again) I might be old school on this matter
