SELL US NOW KENWRIGHT FFS NEA IF WE GET VINCENT TAN.
In Tenerife and I just wandered into one of those little supermarkets on every corner and they were flogging English football gear: pens, wallets etc.
I was surprised to see that we were included amongst the Manchester teams, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs and Villa. I wandered over and it turned out it was all legit official club merchandise with the exception of our stuff which was all fakes.
I do despair at these missed opportunities.
None of those clubs were stupid enough to outsource all their merchandise sales
He used his 'friends' to stave off opposition and a threat to himself. He orchestrated the media blitz, and don't forget he has done all this a few times, tried and tested tacticthey're totifferent situations; he used his 'friends' to secure his position. Totally different from finding someone willing to pump £500m into a club
How is it different, everyone keeps saying he will only sell to the right people.
Do you see Robert Earl as a right person?? Does he have our clubs best interests at heart??
So just to be clear, you're saying that being taken over by very rich people hasn't worked out for Tottenham, Liverpool, Southampton or Stoke?Obviously we all want the next Sheik Mansour or Abramovich and all the glory hunting weapons that will be joining us if that occurs. However, that's 2 takeovers that have worked out for clubs in the Premier League.
Just 2.
We should get used to not being one of the super wealthy. We can bang on our board about a lot of things, but selling is an extremely risky proposition.
its pretty simple why they're are totally different.
You're confusing two arguments and trying to make them the same.
Earle, Gregg etc etc were invited to the board for different reasons to establish BKs position within the club. Not one has said they were coming into throygh silly miney at the club.
If someone wants the club theyllt buy it, its that simple. I don't know how else you can explain it
Well how come its not been sold then?
there needs to be 2 parties; a seller
It may sound crazy, but maybe Everton is not appealing to anyone. Just because something is available doesn't mean its automatically going to be sold, there needs to be 2 parties; a seller and a buyer
