I don't get a word of the stuff said in here. But what I do get is that we have no money, and I want money, money spent on good players to make us play good and become a good team. I just want some goodness.

The problem is public opinion needs to change on Kenwright/the board before it's even possible to reach the "mediation" stage. I don't think that will be the way forward personally.

The most telling piece from the past may very well be Elstones in one of his 'blogs' when he said he 'will not talk to people that will lead to him losing his job'.

Gents, I respect your opinions, but please explain how your approach is going to resolve matters?

So what you are saying (and im not disputing it) the sky money goes direct to Vibrac? surely it should go straight to the club and then we make a repayment to them according to the terms of the loan.When does this Vibrac agreement end as surely now we should be able to operate without needing this loan.

No we effectively sign it over to Vibrac and then they give us what's left after they take their cut

We take out the loan every year for the past 7 years (I think it's 7 anyway)

I'm nothing to do with BU mate but imo the club aren't going to enter into a dialogue with any fan organisation that wants this board out, not in a million years.

Imo The board are just playing the waiting game waiting for a hand out for a stadium or the dream buyer which will make them the most money.

That's why I think the best way is to educate the average match going non forum using evertonian and turn up the heat on the board. Sway public opinion with the fans and the media and that will put more pressure on them to move us forward whether that be with them at the helm or not.

I've no idea why you'd think a man who gets bored with shareholders questions and has the temerity to effectively get rid of agm's (until last year) would enter into a dialogue with a group that is so diametrically opposed to the board.

I honestly don't believe they have any form of a plan at all.

They have winged it for this long, pulled strings, dodged and ducked, divided the fan base and they are now virtually untouchable.

They will remain unchallenged because as soon as anybody pipes up against them, like before they will launch a media campaign to smear anybody against them and the non opposing section of the fan base will believe what they read in the papers and go along with that.

Face it lads, we are 100% stuck with them for the foreseeable future.

Look forward to more loans (players and cash) whilst the stadium gets older and older and a big pile of nothingness.

that is not what I meant but I think it's better to say that we as evertonians need to be united in order to put pressure on this board. As it stands right now the board is not doing anything to bring the club forward- or at least nothing we have heard of.

This board has made some bad decisions but if what you said is true that's got to be the biggest failure of them all. I said to friends at the time, we had just finished 5th in the league been to wembley and lost to Chelsea in the cup final, why on earth would the shiek not look at us. We wouldn't have needed the initial expenditure on players to crack the top 4 that city did, albeit we would have needed a new stadium.

Not defending the board in the slightest. ..but I seem to remember it was around Kirkby time. If that's the case the famed 'exclusivity agreement' could well have been the block of any deal.

Matters won't be resolved.

Fans want a board that grows or even attempts to grow the club. Board has no interest whatsoever in that, just wants to sit tight, extract money.

It is tough. Very tough to find the right one and not end up with a knob as you say. But it's very hard to believe that since he's been looking 247365 that every single possible has been a knob!

The truth is that there is sod all the fans can do. As in the past the board just ignore any one speaking out or banning speech as in a AGM meeting a couple of years back, I think.

I personally think that's completely wrong. 1 or 2 speaking out, sure they can stop us. thousands? Much harder to stop.
