Will the club need to give a reason should Bill Kenwright not attend? Will they be at liberty to disclose why he isnt attending or will a proxy be in place?
This isnt a dig or chance for people to criticise Bill but with his current health issues, I am just wondering what protocol would be considering he is one of the largest shareholders within the company?

From memory, according to the artcles of association in the absence of the chairman, any board member willing to do so may chair the meeting.
If no director is present or willing to act as chairman within 15minutes of the start of the meeting, the shareholders can elect one of their own number to be chairman.
No need for BK to disclose reason for non attendance, will be dealt with in apologies.

To be honest I'd rather not say if that's ok as it's quite bad and I really really hope it's someone being a bellend rather than it being true.

Very strange that he hasn't made a statement about Kendall.

Whatever illness he has, I wish him a speedy recovery. Nobody deserves that.

I think we just have to respect Kenwright's right to privacy with regards to his health. Given Bill has not gone public on his condition it's reasonable not to speculate.
