Well we don't really know what the buyers are like. Perfect time for kenwright and co to sell up as the new TV deal next year is going to put extra millions into all clubs. Therefore it suggests the consortium see us as a good proposition and an opportunity to make money. Let's face it, as businessmen there is plenty of scope to revolutionise our commercial side which is a joke in comparable to other clubs of similar standing. The best question is can they deliver us a stadium to take the club onto the next level. If they do, I suggest they are in this 'project' for the long term as once again that will only raise the profile of the club and it's asking price. Looking at the wealth of moores, yes he does seem very wealthy but doubt he has the wealth, to fund the stadium itself, therefore it will be interesting what the contribution from the other investors will be.
I only hope that the 'investors' from this side of the atlantichave some know how of football and in particular Everton football club.

Bear in mind what has been announced is just the first stage of the process.

Once they've done their due diligence, they will make an offer to the Board. Should the Board accept it the Board has to then put that offer to shareholders at a General Meeting.

In order to gain shareholder approval beyond the Board's recommendation to sell, the would be owners are going to have to show their plans for the club and how they would finance those plans. This will be the critical bit in my opinion as far as fan's acceptance goes.
Fans acceptance? Haha, good one

I think now is a good time to sell
Our books are far healthier than in years gone by
We have 3 players who together are worth approx 130ml

I do have doubts over American owners as profit is there prime gain, but I for one is ready to take the gamble.

As ever the stadium will be the stumbling block, but with the initial investment and the TV money....who knows
