I think they said they promised their members they would jump to action straight away at their meeting. No doubt the home game would have been easier but this is their earliest and most opportune time.

I'm second guessing their thoughts like so could be wrong.

Also, I'm wondering if they wanted to get it out as close to the Collymore talk-in as possible, while the fume was still high.

I don't mind anti-Kenwrightism but making a sick old man feel sad during a game of football is a bit sly and very Kopite.

If I was so anti-board I would go a different way about it.

Sad thing is these people rely on bad everton performances. Basically if we win today it's like a pulling carpet under their feet.
You have to ask them mate as I can't answer for them, but when times are difficult at Everton then the opportunities to energise the fanbase in their way of thinking is stronger. So it makes sense for pushing then, as a strategy. We have a largely apathetic fanbase (each to their own too) so when we're doing alright you'd get little volume in most issues you want to protest about.

But it is against the board. All of them not just kenwright. No blue wishes I'll on bill and we all hope he makes a speedy recovery but action is needed and it's needed now. I repeat its against those running the club not one man

The banner hanging from an aeroplane is because there is no chance enough supporters would unfurl a big one in the away end.

The appetite for this isn't there amongst the majority.

I was a bit taken aback by my twitter timeline last night after the announcement as literally 85% of all comments were hostile towards the flying of the plane. I have a pretty wide diversity of blues on it too.
