Sorry, but we know with absolute certainty that he's taking nothing out of the club

He doesn't know that, I don't, we don't.

Take a look at the main shareholders:

serial liar, mute man possibly deceased but still attending, serial bankrupt, and a man that has an aversion to UK tax but "absolutely no financial connection to the club" with lots of involvement at the club

The fact that the majority of are fans(well those that got a vote, i didnt and neither did two of my mates as we had are season tickets in my mates name so he could get them on his clubcard) voted for kirkby, says a lot about are fanbase, despite being told repeatedly by fellow blues it was a crock of ****e they fell for the bull that bill and co spouted, in the long term they deserve to be treated like mugs because that sadly is what they are..

That is pure arrogance, basically what you are saying is all the stupid fans voted for it because they are semi literate???While all the clever fansvoted against because they are super intelligent!
The reality is like you they weighed up all the options and voted for what they believed was the best for Everton.

There's large elements of our fanbase who only care about the football and aren't interested in the off the pitch happenings.

Many people who voted for Kirkby just wouldn't have read deeply into the issue, my Dad was one of them. They simply placed their trust in the propaganda of the club.

Jesus Christ; are you for real. What relevance is that, can you add anything worthwhile to the argument????

And i'm not a CEO at all, so stop trying to be sarcastic; if you like I can tell you what I do for a living, see if that has any relevance to your silly posts

You're not a CEO ? Why should I listen to you then ?

We do, hence my posts.

Your view on the character of the major shareholders is irrelevant to the facts.

The facts (i.e. the accounts) state that Kenwright has not had a bean. As I said to the other lad, if you know better, then inform the Fraud office lid, as there's a serious crime been committed. If not, stop intimating that there's a serious possibility of cash leaving via the back door, as it adds nothing to the need for change. It's merely baseless **** slinging.

they arnt all stupid by any means easy led and blind faith in everton and bill, ment a lot voted without looking at the facts, you only had to scratch the surface to know it was a load of rubbish, but because its everton saying it loads didnt bother just went along with it like everything else bill does because he is the greatest blue on the planet , the same people in normal life would see it for what is was in a minute if it wasnt footy related.

I'd be satisfied that was the case if all items that fall into the catch-all other operating costs category was specified and costed.

It isn't and wont be, though. That's the grey area that the club are determined to keep in place, so if others look suspiciously on at it, that's entirely down to the club.

You're not listening; you just don't want to accept that people have answers for questions that some can't understand.

I am may not be a CEO but I do have vast experience; my back ground is Quality Management, with a particular emphasis on Continuous Improvement and statistics. I am a Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Champion. I currently hold a £1.4m budget line and am tasked with Risk Management and the implementation of Emergency Planning, Business Continuity in line with the Civil Contingencies Act as well as future planning, both financially and operationally, for potential growth and sustainability.

To be fair that sounds like the time Trigger said he was an "environmental operations engineer".

Sorry but that comment shows your total ignorance of business & corporate accounting.

There is no 'grey area', as if a driector has received any form of payment from the business than it has to be declared in the accounts. There are no such entries, therefore there are no such payments.

Those are the facts, pure & simple. Your intimation that the OOC's hold costs that are in some way benefiting the directors of EFC is borderline libel & has NO basis in fact. If you hava anything to back it up, then post it & inform the fruad office, otherwise pipe down, as you're on a severly sticky wicket.

You don't understand things.

That's ok.

foot long hot dog

he may be refering to expenses and hospitality costs which are rounded up into one line on the accounts.
Bill may not recieve a direct wage or dividened, but i would expect he would his associated expenses and hospitality covered as chairman of the club.
And if his friend in the daily mail is correct and Bill values Everton at £150 million plus the debt, then he wont need a wage, he will be waiting for a very big payday which would dwarf any 6 figure chairman wage.
