The facts (i.e. the accounts) state that Kenwright has not had a bean. As I said to the other lad, if you know better, then inform the Fraud office lid, as there's a serious crime been committed. If not, stop intimating that there's a serious possibility of cash leaving via the back door, as it adds nothing to the need for change. It's merely baseless **** slinging.

There is no 'grey area', as if a driector has received any form of payment from the business than it has to be declared in the accounts. There are no such entries, therefore there are no such payments.

Those are the facts, pure & simple. Your intimation that the OOC's hold costs that are in some way benefiting the directors of EFC is borderline libel & has NO basis in fact. If you hava anything to back it up, then post it & inform the fruad office, otherwise pipe down, as you're on a severly sticky wicket.

In short, no.

Stuff like this is an irrelevance to them. They dont care about others letting off steam in a thread. They wont entertain an independent site like this purely and simply because they are a corporate entity that sees itself as the sole rightful owner of the Everton 'brand', and they'll cajole and hassle and bully any other entity out there that threatens that domination in any way, shape or form. They are far more arsed about this place using iconography like badges (a badge with a public building on it who's history and image far outdate the 1930s point the club adopted it in, by the way, and therefore should have no such private ownership of it) than they ever will be about 'kenwrongism' comments. It's what goes to the heart of all the recent strife between club and fans: the threat of using the law to deal with vendors, fan groups and unofficial websites who'd like to cohabit with the club rather than threaten it is the hallmark of this particular Everton regime. Their arrogance in that respect being most recently revealed in the U18 report coverage.

They dont want compromise, they want total control of 'the product' and to squeeze out every last single penny from every single source they can. They grub away at that level because they haven't got the skill or the gumption or the resolve to actually generate substantial levels of cash via investment or sponsorship.

They are absolutely ****ing pathetic.

Well considering I was in talking about the reasoning behind some of the deals and not the 'lies of Bill Kenwright', it has a lot do with it. And i posted that to prove a point, that unlike some on this thread, I have knowledge and can to some degree understand the business decision that sits behind everything.

This site is quite funny, people have their blinkers on and no matter what someone posts to summarise the actions of the club, the said peron is vilified. But the response will never be in line with the initial post, it'll just be a ridiculous comment, or a link wiki or some other useless website. It amazes that people will listen to KEIOC, like they are know all of business, when in reality they're own a market stall in Williamson Square.

I could of posted a load a technical **** about how Kenwright will run the club into the ground in the next 2 years and the response I would have received would have been a lot different; people will only believe what they want, no experience, no knowledge of the field yet are all experts.

Should he be sitting down with you going through all the accounts, from the purchase of coffee to new footballs to wages so you can see where the money goes? Probably not to be honest, i'd hope he has better things to do..
Kenwright doesn't know the full breakdown of the accounts, that's fair enough, its a lot of money and probably thousands of lines of purhcasing. Why would he care how much paint for the grounds lines or the telephone bill's are setting us back? Internet providers, computers, admin etc would you really expect him to know this information, probably wouldn't expect him to know the full payment of player wages to be honest?
There is a full audit that goes on of our accounts by an external company, that's good enough for me to suggest that whilst there is a lot of incompetence there is almost certainly no fraud.

So how does BK and the other Directors get the money out of the club, how do they sneak it round the Auditors (who are independent of EFC), how do they aoid paying any taxes on this so-called missing money. Or you actually stating that the Directos put forward £20m worth of expenses a year???????

And Kenwirght has no idea, because as stated in numerous other posts which people still can't seem to get their heads around, HE HIS NOT INVOLVED IN THE DAY-TODAY RUNNING OF THE CLUB. Its the CEO's job
