TBH i think there are many points missing here overall, i dislike this KEIOC analysis in general as i find it very disingenous and isnt balanced. Not patting the club on the back here, but i dont find much truth in KEIOC's stuff in fact i think it sets out to achieve prob what it does which is slanted scare mongering - which fair play pretty much what it achieves, because i think a minority portion of people believe it. Thy have waited for an oppurtuinty for some bad news for near on a full calendar year and now doing their best (worst depending on your perception) to try and justify an existance - what do the BU have to say about all this lol!
troll?

I'm absolutely staggered. Which bits are not truthful?

Tesco really were paying £52 million?
It wasn't all a massive planning con?

Thats two points in a very big article mate, frankly I don't believe either if I'm honest.

Ill always maintain that KD, DK were massive opportunities lost, it amuses me when people talk of happy clappers - I remember the glee after DK got shot down, I said at the time to the lack of foresight masses that all the decision did was lower the glass ceiling on the club and consign us to another decade of financial constraint! Which up to today has proven to be right - yet the same clappers are full of being "staggered" at a drop in turnover etc - it amuses me that people don't see the obvious correlation.

Please continue to support an agency that employed legal representation that cost the club circa 10 mill to engage in the inquiry process.

Im not particularly arsed who's in charge of Everton once I can see in some way it's more positive for the club then the current likely alternative - which as far as anyone else has been able to prove - there is none.

Tbh and I think it's a pity, the anti side of the debate have become as much happy clappers as anyone, gleefully rubbing there hands at anything negative to do with the club which i firmly believe is wrong and not what I want from our fan base. Additionally the debate has become moot - all you get is conditioned responses these days, rather then analysis or origanal thought! Bar one or two on here - who I have reped regardless of side in this thread for the origanality of analysis the rest is condititioned dogma or insult, not unlike the majority of the Keioc stuff!

Id look back in this thread I've brought their articles to task a couple of times, even had them revising some of their articles, also rebutted some of the points your making already!

Laughing at this :

"Please continue to support an agency that employed legal representation that cost the club circa 10 mill to engage in the inquiry process."

Carry on.

Please continue to support an agency that employed legal representation that cost the club circa 10 mill to engage in the inquiry process.!

evidence?
or is that a random shout?

And by the way they never, thankfully a lot more people and organisations where not blinded by the PR machne and lies the club threw out.
The enquiry would have been called with or without KEIOC as the proposal was based on a lie.

On my phone mate, surely you know much the inquiry cost the club? So Keioc didn't employ legal representation at the inquiry?

Its old ground tbf, look back at the Kirkby thread it's all in there!

I wasn't a fan of the PR video they realeased showing a minority of evertonians engaging in hooliganism, think it was the battle of e valley, as a viable point on why everton shouldn't be allowed move to Kirkby!

No, I dont either.
The point i am making, it was not only the strong argument from KEIOC which led to an enquiry, other councils and interest groups also had strong arguments against the crazy idea to move Everton football club to Kirkby under a lie of a free stadium.

Dont disagree mate, it cost LCC alone 270k of taxpayers money. I've no interest in going over old ground, Kirkby not coming of hurt us and does to this day - id accept it didn't meet planning criteria, so I would be critical of the club from that point of view!

I don't think it was ever supposed to be free mate, I'm going from memory here but wasn't are end 75 mill at lest that was my understanding throughout and during the process - I never remember it being free as is supposed by your good self et al.

Either way people will make up their own minds on Keioc and the Bu and as much as people will revere them others and likely me will call them to task,?if that's what they beleive. As I said I'm genuinely not arsed whos in charge as long as its positive within current margins at a set time, considering alternatives. The blackness or whiteness of the debate doesn't exist, neither side is particularly honest or without criticism - which is why honest analysis and origanal thought are so important - hopefully it will continue on this forum - for and against and Inbetween - where I feel the majority of the fan base actually are.

Forcing change but look at Blackburn, Birmingham? Do you really want that for our club, we have some form of stability a very good manager and a quality first 11 with ok a limited squad. There is not many clubs i'd swap squads with. If we get a new owner it has to be someone that isnt going to run it in to the ground otherwise all the years of developing the squad and the club are wasted. We have all of that and a top quality training facility to develop our young players. The grass isnt always greener look at the idiots who took over the ********s. I like every other Evertonian want to be able to know we wont have to sell Felli or Baines every single transfer window or could bring in some quality players but i wouldnt compromise the club as it is now for a small chance of that.

As ive pointed out many times in the past, he did more for Everton than BEST EVERTONIAN EVER did.

And you support Celtic and sing YNWA, so, yeah.
