Football doesn't operate as a "real" business. Comparing how they'd fare against normal business doesn't make sense.

Agreed, and that actually makes it harder to understand the fans that spend time coming up with ludicrous justifications for the actions of a board that is decimating their club.

I'm also very saddened to hear that some of them are also harassing fellow posters by pm.

It seems that the only way (after 600 or so pages) for us to have influence or protest is reluctantly don't renew your season ticket for next season, or organize a match boycott a la Lazio the problem then would be that those who stayed away would be blamed for the drop in revenue.......

We've won the fa cup 5 times in our 136 years as a club,or once every 27 years.Only a fool would attach any relevance to the fact that "we're out of cup" and the summer transfer window.
