Great post mate
I like the way you have quoted me in your sig. But you're actually that ignorant and blind sided that you can't see how ridiculous that is. You were advocating Terry Leahy buying shares in Everton, when he doesn't have the personal wealth to take us forward, yet slag BK of for exactly the same thing. And then have the cheek to use it.

What exactly do you want Chang?? By the sounds of it, you just want a difference face in charge regardless if they have money or not

I think basically Chang just wants a bit of fun on a forum...there's no serious intent. Quite often his posts bring a smile to my face.........

As a starter, I want you to read the posts you respond to...

Enlighten me

Guys, why don't you discuss the topic - i.e. the Board and Kenwright, rather than arguing with each other. If you want to argue with each other do it via PM not on the thread itself.

Alternatively if you are unhappy about the behaviour of a particular poster use the report function and the mods will take the appropriate action

thanks te

Totally agree, which is why I haven't responded to the dreamt up point about about me advocating Leahy buying shares.

He's got a few million to buy shares with and Bill spent a lot less than that buying up a few in the last couple of years. As stated he's not likely to risk a penny knowing Bill as he does.

You never lid, of course.

Night x

I'll eat a tramps undies and get a pic of bill tattoed on my left arse cheek, like the coach off the waterboy with Roy Orbison, if that happens.

haha!

Tho' I shouldn't laugh...it's tragic if none of us believe we'll spend 20m this summer when we theoritically should have it and desperately need it.

You should really consider reporting it to the Mods. This is probably the best site on the net and the moderation is excellent. When one particularly unusual Evertonian gave me five neg reps in a row, I was advised to report it and I believe action was taken as there's been no reoffending.
Spoke too soon, but as Groucho & The Esk have said, recommend anyone being harassed report it to the mods

Bill Kenwright is good at some aspects of his job and poor in others I feel

This club needs to be sold though or we need a new ground, or both

He's the victim of circumstance, I heard. Put his faith in partners called 'angels' and they all let him down badly.

Apparently.

I wouldn't go that far

He's not exactly had the luck that some chairman would have had in regards to getting board members to invest

That being said, he's made two excellent decisions in appointing managers and he's overseen the club go from relegation candidates to challenging for a European place.

Again, he's done SOME things well, and not just to selfishly benefit himself either

That also being said, I think it's time he knuckled down and tried to find a buyer or knuckled down and got the stadium situation sorted.

I don't dislike him as much as others

It's very hard to be balanced on this issue I feel, when a balanced view is I think what is needed

There's very much two schools of thought and most people have picked a side and have no compulsion to take what other people are saying on board, regardless of what they say

He's just had hard luck for 14 years. People let him down on investing (they get in touch and lead him up the garden path, then dont commit), and the stadium situation would have been sorted if only the bureaucrats had ditched the regional plan for the whole of the north west of England for Everton and Tesco's benefit.

I think he'll sort one or both of those problems in the next 14 years, defo.
