Does anyone have any idea what Robert Earl does?

Anyone....

I'll tell you what, he creams off the Profits. Kenwright needed him to buy shares so he could keep control of the club. Now he sit there every year taking a HUGE slice of the money we earn from the Premier League an the Sale of players.

And we allow this to happen...

Can anyone disagree with this? Please let me know what you think.

Totally agree

People say that it would be illegal for Earl to do this. They're wrong. He can do what he likes, and he does.

Ok can you tell me where the Money from Sky go's and that black hole from the sale of players...

Oh hang on..

Expensive law mowers...

Do you really need a signed affidavit from he saying what hes doing. If its not plainly obvious to you, your not looking. In which case, keep on clapping....

The truth is out there Agent Mulder, don't give up.

It's always the same though, rumour, gossip and innuendo. No fan of our board but let's get some facts to beat them with, anything else just sounds daft.

This is the problem, people just make stuff up so often that any truth just gets lost with all the nonsense. This forum isn't as bad as Bluekipper was for made up rubbish. I think that was one of the reasons why the Blue Union never got much support, not because of the people involved with setting it up but more those who hijacked and talked the most about the meetings/protest.

KEIOC was different, they had facts and reasoned debate. There was a clear objective for the campaign.

I may be foolish here but im thinking if and emphasise if:

The club can build a 50k + stadium locally.

and

Essentially wipe out the debt burden, as projected.

That may be key performence indicators that they arent doing to bad a job presently.

But a 45K stadium in say Speke and Barkley sold to wipe out debt ?

Devil in the detail mate!!!

But i think its an interesting time of the feild over the summer and im not talking transfers here either. Im amazed with the projected figures/accounts - ill believe it when i see it. Supposedly we will have an annocement on a new ground before the season starts as well.

Should be interesting.

I suppose i was wondering if both were viewed as positves - would people change their opinions on the board in terms of the boards impact on progress.

If they take us to a decent stadium 2-3 mile radius of Goodison, with good pub links, wipe out debts, and don't sell our best players to fund limited incomings, it will change my perception of reality, primarily.

Despite KEIOC's clear evidence they too were shouted down as conspiracists, businessmen with selfish agendas and luddites, by, familiar Evertonian faces as well as the club, kmbc, tesco and the merseyside media.
Only recently have some flipped and recognised their contribution to the history of our club

Kipper was a club stooge so was a proper battleground in DK, plenty of eejits abounded equally.
Remember that club plants provided a lot of disinformation to supporters, acting for both sides, even Rossy was collared and outed, so not all is as it seems, especially so at Everton FC ;)

Exactly MJ.

I attended a good number of the days of the inquiry and one day stands out was when the Everton/Tesco/KMBC QC stood up to question Dave Kelly of KEIOC.

Very clearly he took Evertons stance that all the officers of KEIOC were pub owners in Walton.

Dave Kellys response that they were not even businessmen shook the QC as it stymied all his follow on questions. We heard after the next break in the proceedings that this QC flipped on all the reps from Everton/Tesco/KMBC in the rooms they had been given.

A great day with this hard nosed QC being struck dumb.
