Nope mentioned nothing about implied financially impropriety, those are your words.

I was speaking about the ownership of the club.

You need to get some sleep, the red mist has descended and your painting everyone with the same brush.

You really should remember what you post mate, as you mentioned the QC in reply to this post by the esk;

"and is what they have written backed by admissible evidence? If so what is stopping seeking justice?"

To which I replied that they'd not put their name to anything - which they haven't have they?

Who's patently not daft enough to put his name and professional reputation on the line, peddling utter twaddle like the tosh you're looking to spin

Thank you Hot Dog...I was about to post something similar. Off to work now(really!) back at 9 tonight. Have a gentle day folks! ;)

KEIOC have been writing many articles over the years about who actually may have paid for Greggs shares. As I said, all in the public domain.

Seek them out yourself.

Has the QC you mentioned, put his name behind any such claims?

In your own time...............

Ethicaly regardles of the Kirkby move and your thoughts around it, KEIOC are far from a good fan advocacy group:

- They posted videos of Evertonian hooligans engaged in mass violence to others and also the community for the benifit of Kirkby residents.
- Their legal challenge cost the club the guts on 10 - 15 mill.
- They morphed into the BU and i would seriously question the ethics in and around some of their actions - that interview - the validity of some of their articles praticularly their comments on commerical deals.
- I dont think they have the courage of their convictions, why engage in marches etc when the team is doing poorly - kicking the team/club when they are down - yet give them up when the team is doing well - surely if they are protesting at the behind the scenes administration this should be continuous, rather then selective.

I could go on, but to summerise think very very carefully about your own integrity, values as an Evertonian and analyse their behaviour and morality around it before recognising KEOIC/BU as a beacon of hope.

To qualify, i would be fully in favour of a proper fan advocacy group, once they were ethical and moral - the above are not!

I actually think calling Everton Hooligans on their hooliganism is a good thing

One of the reasons Millwall hooligans keep going is because the decent fans at the club don't do enough to stop them. They just grin and bear it, and the clubs reputation is in tatters as a result

Aside from that, I think @Neiler makes some interesting points

That wasn't the intention at the time though. It was aimed at creating fear amongst local residents in Kirkby by showing them how 'hooligans' could end up on their doorstep.

In fairness to keioc I think they got shot of the fella who was behind it.

Fair enough, I can understand the objection in that circumstance

As a general rule though, I feel it's a good thing to try and clear out the hooligan element. Not that I see much of it at away matches these days

Please do go on about your thoughts on KEIOC. I am sure it won,t go unnoticed.
