The Everton Board Thread

Pre-season training starts (I think) 2 weeks today.

Not a hint of incoming transfer activity, just a few bids of Calvert Lewin running.

So we're sound.

What. A. Club.
The cold hard reality is we are reduced to a doddering clown as a chairman and an incompetent clown as an owner who are solely running the club.

No functioning board

No money

Smallest and poorest squad in the top two leagues

Relegation beckons next year, third time unlucky

If these two are still in place by august, the toxicity will get to a whole new level

So it’s been a week without an actual board of directors for this supposed Premier League football club in 2023.
I wouldn’t worry, last time I checked they’d not filed the resignations with companies house yet. Because they would be, you know, actual work

As I thought…. All of the “resigned” board members remain active directors

I think they have 14 days to do so.

I wonder if not done by then, and/or no replacements to meet the minimum number of directors, (three) what are the legal implications for the club?

Knowing everton , kenwright won't leave and the new board won't take over until a day till the transfer window shuts down where we'll be chucking 35 million on Michail Antonio in a desperate bid to acquire a striker
