Understandable with Covid tbf
I would of felt the same if most of the stadiums in the EPL weren't full of thousands of people in close proximity weekly.
If it's okay to have fans in the stadiums I'm sure having a few in the Philharmonic Hall should be okay with testing .
I don't think the Covid argument will wash with those who want/need to attend and rightly so .

They're allowing 40,000 people in the stadium but the shareholders meeting gets put online.

The 40,000 people are paying customers who are accepting the attendant risks.

I think you can explain this one without bringing in dodging accountability through typical upper management behavior - happy making money when others bear the risks and are accountable for them, but we're informed enough about the risks that they surely would never take them ourselves.

I think anybody attending the AGM in person would also be accepting those risks?

There's no reason they can't have it streamed online for those who don't want to attend in person. The COVID excuse really doesn't wash when we're packing the stadium.

Good point about Goodison.

Have the AGM there , its not beyond the realms to put a small stage on the pitch and the shareholders in the main stand.
Or the other way around.
