The Everton Board Thread

Some of our fans are more upset with people being angry with the hierarchy of the club than they are with the club's position and underachievement.

The fans who support the leadership are holding the club back. If you actively support those overseeing this era of enormous decline then you do not have the club's best interests in mind.

Enough is enough. We need change NOW.

It’s this idea that Moshiri’s responsibilities as an owner begin and end with how much money he throws at us that gets me. Putting an actual solid, modern plan and structure in place and making the club self-sufficient, nah forget all that just throw loads of money at players and get me nice shiny signings so I have a new name to get on the back of my kit every year. The way I used to think about football when I was 10 years old.

But as you point out, Mosh cant go anywhere, cos theres nobody to buy.

But Kenwright and DBB can be replaced.

So you should support this action.

I would happily if they kept Moshiri out of it.

But we've seen banners and calls for him to sell up and leave but to whom? Some skint Yanks who'll do a Pompey or Coventry to us?

I've already made this point to you...

You can't demand Kenwright goes but equally think the man with the power to immediately remove is doing a great job. Its an utterly ridiculous position to take.

And we have never been on the level of those clubs. Its a totally irrelevant comparison and makes no sense.

If you support the leadership and the status quo then you are part of the problem.

I don't want Moshers to leave either.

But if you don't go for him as well, he has no reason to make changes.

I want changes.

You cant be anti Kenwright and support the man who could have removed him as chairman on day 1.

I support an entire change of leadership. Change of owner, change of chairman, change of board.
That post literally says he will support moshiri until a better wealthier owner steps forward. So moshiri could see us relegated and because no wealthier owner came forward he would still support him.

Changes are afoot though - Thelwell has been given full control of transfers which is what our fans wanted.

The reality is Kenwright won't be moved on regardless of what the fans say or do its just pointless to be fracturing the fanbase after the united front that was shown towards the back end of last season.

I imagine once BMD is built he'll possibly leave but not before then.

Sorry mate but while Kenwright is still involved in transfers (as stated by Moshiri himself in that statement) there is no way you can crack on things are changing and that we are on the right track. Things will always be the same as long as he is here and moshiri is a fool for indulging him.
