That would be Farhad Moshiri - the accountant who doesn't appear to be able to see that the clubs finances are a mess... and after he's ploughed in as much as some third world countries owe in debt.
And people have faith in him and them - absolutely beggars belief imo.

Read somewhere that Farhad is not a director, he is not listed on that report, the only people on that list are the 4 mentioned, Moshiri isn't on it. So it's between Ingles, Baxendale, Sharp and Kenwright who is the Chairman and that is my educated guess would have the biggest salary.

Correct. Moshiri is not a director but, with over 94% of the shares, he can do literally whatever he wants to do - the BoD is powerless to stop him.

They are there, allegedly, to run the club on his behalf… and what a marvellous job they’re doing ?

Stayed off here to regain some sanity after last season. Remember how a lot of people said "never again" after the Palace game. Well it has got worse. A lot worse. We didn't deserve to go down last season. Won't be able to say that this season though. Owner and board should be ashamed of themselves.
