The Everton Board Thread

Take out order talks maybe but none of the jokers are giving up their hefty salary.
I think there's something to this.
Just like players running down huge contracts because no one else would dream of paying them that much,
the board are no different. They're never getting such a cushy gig again.
Agreeing to new owners would be like turkeys voting for christmas.
'But what about what's best for the club?'
If there's one thing I've seen, it's that Bill can convince people that, even though they're running it in to the ground, they are in fact what's best for the club.
I'd imagine they're all like Tony Bellew or Carlin on here, and nothing will convince them they need to go.
So it's up to Moshiri.

The sheer silence from the entire club is hilarious lol

It's as if we're trundling along nicely and they're allowing the team to continue with its momentum without interrupting the squad.

Actually we're about to fall off a cliff and desperately need to hear something from the club.
Their silence demonstrates their ineptitude.

Total paralysis.

but not suprising
The fact that Bill Kenwright is marked as a 'Theatrical Producer' when you google him tells you his main play
Never lift the curtain unless there is a production worth showing behind it
And never lift the curtain to see the truth behind the production
The illusion is the most important thing to him
And the only thing that would tell him it's not fooling anyone anymore is empty seats

I now have an image of Bill as John Hammond in Jurassic Park.

Here's a little aside.

There was a charismatic theatre producer who owned a sports team in Boston.
He needed funds so he sold their best player to fund his theatre productions.
The player was Babe Ruth and the team wouldn't win again for another 80 years.

I first heard this story when the RedSox won the world series in '04 not long after our theatre producer had sold Rooney.
It's stuck with me ever since.

The more I think about it, the more infuriating it is
Imagine going into a shop because you have to return something faulty sold to you and the manager hides out the back saying nothing!
At this stage it's a consumer rights issue, they're taking the P
