The Everton Board Thread

I mean firstly we’re obviously in trouble , a lot of trouble and I agree the manager situation is serious . That doesn’t mean the part the board has played in where we find ourselves and it’s collective conduct over the weekend is acceptable.

I can be deeply unhappy about where we are and how we’re performing , recognise the board’s part in us being there and wrongfully holding us up as a media piñata all at the same time .

The problem is the fan groups are going all oot war.

You cant have civil war and bombs raining down and still expect the trains to arrive on time.

The fans have to realise you either keep going to war with the board whilst Lampard sends us down with a demoralised team... or the fans chase the manager and get to safety before using the end of the season/summer to demand the board gone.

People wanting both aint happening look at Sunderland, Villa, Newcastle.

You are either Germany or England, there aint no Switzerland in this fight.

you make it sound like a different manager would guarantee safety...it doesn't

What about these folks ?

Vichy France (French: Régime de Vichy; 10 July 1940 – 9 August 1944), officially the French State (État français), was the French state headed by Marshal Philippe Pétain during World War II. Officially independent, but with half of its territory occupied under harsh terms of the armistice, it adopted a policy of collaboration with Nazi Germany, which occupied the northern and western portions before occupying the remainder of Metropolitan France in November 1942. Though Paris was ostensibly its capital, the collaborationist Vichy government established itself in the resort town of Vichy in the unoccupied "Free Zone" (zone libre), where it remained responsible for the civil administration of France as well as its colonies.[3]

Yes, let's look at Newcastle as a scary scenario ?

Spanner ?

The only guarantee is that Lampard relegates us if he stays he can't work with this squad of players.

But no ones bothered they would rather go to war with a bloke who's not leaving Goodison unless its in a box and even then Moshiri still owns the club so what's going to change ?

I get all the anger and frustration but nows not the time to create a toxic atmosphere when our teams in the bottom 3, a squad of largely pansies led by a donkey manager.

Receipe for disaster imo.

Enjoy going down with Dyche and letting the board get away with not buying any players.
