The Everton Board Thread

Who hired the directors of football?
Moshiri did but this not what I am referring to Dave. However there is no point in hiring a DoF if you are going to just block every suggestion they make and then let proven troublemakers like Kia Joorabchian run riot throughout the club. I agree 100% with what you are ultimately trying to say, Moshiri is the one who needs to go at the end of the day rather than just the board (they all do) and at the moment we need to hope a few more bodies come in and the team starts to pick up a few results and we climb a few places.

Replace these puppets with more puppets?...because the owner will do that.

Makes perfect sense.

Here's what makes sense to me: survive this season and use the summer to get the owner out.
I don't think the 'owner' gives a monkey's any more Dave, he just wants out, with as much of his money intact as he can manage. Billy Liar and Little Miss Dynamite have been running the show since Uzmanov was sanctioned.

With respect Dave, that’s rather naïve of you. R&M is 99.9% an entirely Kenwright organised arrangement.
But substantially this club's problems emanate from hiring and forung of managerial staff which has wasted half a billion quid. That's why we're a club in crisis, not becuase theres been naive commercial activity. And that is down to Moshiri.

If attending I think everyone needs to be on red alert today incase the Baxendale manhandler comes to finish her off once and for all.

The board are low hanging fruit. It isn't dificult to demand they go. But it wont solve our problems...ergo, wtf are we destabilising ourselves for when that's the case?

That's not true though is it?

Not for substantial matters.

The only thing that will solve our problems at the moment is if the manager and players pull their finger out and get their heads down and start working to pick up some points. I honestly think that in the background Moshiri is probably trying to look for a way out anyway and by the start of next season I would be surprised if he is still here.

We have no say over what he does at West Ham's ground.

There's now no way back for him at Goodison, that's for sure.

I fully back the protests against the way the club is run.
I was referring to Goodison Park, The Liver Building, Finch Farm and BMD

Bill Kenwright and Denise Barrett Baxendale out!
#AllTogetherNow

What gym is it TT and do you want me to come down there and crack some heads with a kettle bell?
The thing that hurts more is that the piss takers I mentioned are bar one, not kopites from whom I expect grief. Leeds in particular, both Manc clubs, a couple of Villa and Hull.
Oh the effing shame.

Kenwright and Co are dug in like Hitler and his generals were dug in at in the Fuehrer Bunker. There's no way out for that lot.

And it's a fact they're powerless and have been for years. Tell me an important decision they've independently taken in the last 7 years.
Club release, supposedly from Moshiri January 2022:

Powerless. But Bill Kenwright was involved in signing Dele Alli and Dwight McNeil.

"Powerless" you say. Their own statements say otherwise

…partly, but the problems are deeper than that. Too many individuals allowed to work in silo‘s bringing in their own players & working to different agendas. No joined-up transfer process, no accountability, ordinary footballers signed for extraordinary fees on extraordinary contracts.

Considering successful businessmen supposedly run our club, it’s been a right mess.

I think it probably is Dave, substantial matters for this club mean recruitment, I believe that this is something that has to be ratified by Moshiri when it comes to a big money signing or a new coach.

The next and possibly most important, is maximizing income to the club, this has been left fairly and squarely in the hands of the terrible two. Then you have club image, again pretty much in the hands of the board, and may I say what an appalling job they are doing. The board are also responsible for communication with the supporters...I will leave you to draw your own conclusions as to whether or not they are doing a good job of that.

So there you have it Dave, the gruesome twosome have quite a big influence on the future of our club. We really need to go for the jugular now that we have them on the back foot.

Good times.

Ryazantsev was the Chief Commercial officer for years - and he was appointed by Moshiri.

As for recruitment: that's down to the DoF - all of whome have been hired by the owner.

All roads lead to Moshiri. The board are puppets and have been since 2016.
