This is awesome, absolutely amazing work.

But what happens when Benitez goes... and he will, 6 months or a year or two.

We are then left with his guys and his set up.... absolutely disastrous planning from the club here imo, we desperately need football people at board level to stop this kind of madness.

"Oh Benitez is our manager lets let him clear the decks and restructure the club". 6 months/10 games loss whatever "[Poor language removed] he needs to go, but the entire club is now his men and his image".

The club is a utter mess top to bottom, and letting this wool restructure it is not solving anything.

How long till he gets rid of the groundsman because the pitch isn't crisp enough? Replace the tea lady because the brews aren't strong enough? Sack the cooks at Finch Farm?

A clear out is fine but as you say if Benitez hand picks their replacements then that assumes he's going to be here long term when he's a few games from the sack in reality.

Benitez is someone who struggles to work with people. He's very difficult, as documented in the books of his ex RS players. Sometimes you need to learn to work with people rather than alienate everyone.

I dont think I got long enough to live to see Everton win the league.... I`ve only seen one FA Cup in my lifetime, supporting Everton definitely has dealt me a real bum deal. No wonder RS worldwide fanbase and income is growing yet ours is stalling and going backwards.
