The Everton Board Thread

Based on what? The fact that we have only one or two saleable players left in the squad and it seems like the club are doing their best to push one of them out?

The premise of asset stripping is too make money.

In the last few seasons he has pumped a few hundred million into the coffers via various share schemes and is currently self funding the new stadium build.

I don't see that as asset stripping.

This board have put our club in that much of a mess that even the dross players that we normally end up signing in January don't want to play here. Everyone can see the mess we are in except the board they must pat each other on the back and tell each other what a great job their doing. Don't want to get in trouble but you can imagine what I would like to say here about what I think of them.

He won't build a stadium, he's desperate to get funding to bale him out. He's destroyed us

Fans actions and protests have scared potential players off is what Sharp just said to Radio City.

I'm fuming!!!!

With the intention of getting it all back when he sells for a profit. The literal definition of asset stripping.

He isn’t generously funding the stadium out of the kindness of his heart, he will expect the money back when he sells. Or alternatively when we have been kicking around the championship for a few years then the options for ownership of the stadium get far far worse.

I feel sorry for Dyche because these scum will be rightly getting dogs abuse as soon as they reappear like the politburo.

He will not make a profit from us at all.

He has at least invested into the club and the Stadium build in excess of 500 million easily.

If we go down he will be lucky to get 250 million for the club.

Even if we stay up he will be losing a decent chunk of money.

If you think he is assest stripping he is doing an awful job of it.

I agree we will soon be cut off.

Thing is, if they’d of got 2-3 new faces in to give Dyche a chance he might of saved us.

Today was the day that even the most optimistic fan accepted relegation and gave up.

I agree if the Board don't sign anyone this evening then it is truly beyond a joke
