We can't spend on transfers due to FFP but he has been propping up our accounts for the last few seasons still. Just have to look at the accounts for the 20/21 Season that he propped up the accounts with a share issue of 100 million and then propped them up by a further 97 million.

Since then he himself has paid for the stadium build personally and probably in the region 400 million so far.

The next set of accounts will be out in March and they will be a car crash as well.

The clubs finances are reliant on Moshiri propping them up.

And the big issue is if and its a very big If we stay up we are going to be in the same position the start of next season trying to off load 1 or 2 assets to balance the books and have 1.7 million to spend again

Can't help thinking they've just banked the Gordon money in preparation for relegation or to make the balance sheet look better to any prospective buyer.

It's absolutely definitely totally not gone towards funding the stadium which Moshiri absolutely definitely totally can do by himself and doesn't need outside investors for. Honest.

We dont need this board. May they never set foot in Goodison again. The further away they are the better. This is the same as 1998 now. A toxic boardroom at war with the supporters. An Evertonian player sold mid season to newcastle and not replaced. Once it became clear to the supporters that the board didnt care at all if we were relegated that was that. Everybody who could rallied round and the supporters did all they could to keep us in the league. We did it then and we can do it again. We had a worse team then than weve got now. We stayed up and forced change in the boardroom.

If & it's a big IF we stay up Moshiri will sell up - get as much back as he can for the new ground etc rumours are already circulating of a consortium he is getting loans from to finish BM new ground that they are very interested in buying us .....

You’d like to think we should start to see some flexibility at some point. It’s a 3 year cycle and our net spend on transfers over last 2 years is like +30 or something.

We also have seen lots of big earners moved on and have Mina and doucoure likely to leave in summer.

Stadium doesn’t count, so surely we should be starting to look better.

Wait til Friday night when another "super duper real threat" to the safety of the board is received on the club's fax machine, so yet again -for their safety- the board are obligated to keep away even though they really really wanted to attend a 5-0 drubbing and end-to-end protests.........

I do wonder if we are in the death Throes, such a devastating situation, Ours, not Leicester

My bet is that the Leicester owners are doing that to clear the decks for a sale of their own.
