There are rumours abound of casinos calling in debt..
Fully agree, either way they are absolutely complicit regardless of what they have or haven’t done. It’s been on their watch and have to go.
You’d like to think that when they look in the mirror at what has become of the club, the damage to the reputation of the club on the world stage and most importantly the chasm between the club and the fans, they would reflect heavily and step aside however 20 years suggests any moral compass is long lost in the house of cards that bill has built long before Mosh/usmanov showed up.
I remember all these stories doing the rounds when Green and Earl were haunting the club. There are rumours abound of casinos calling in debt..
Are you going to the game tomorrow @davek ?Frank McKenna made - astoundingly - a good point on Toffeetv. Be careful what you wish for in the short term asking for their removal. If Moshiri did that he might not get more qualified people in (probably wouldn't given his record) but rather people who advise him in the summer, if we stay up, to have a firesale of the better players and take the chance of flirting with danger again the following season.
Not all change is good in that respect. That's why still asking Moshiri to solve this situation (which is what the NSNOW people are still asking, as I just looked at their website again to confirm) is mad. You dont ask him to prune or remove the board, you remove him. HE is the one who has to go. A decapitation is necessary here. I've always said that and it's true.
The demands of the leaders of this protest group make no sense to me and never have. And all they achieved so far is to hand our enemies in the media and in football a narrative that's made us look like a basket case that no player would entertain signing up for...they didn't do that by design, but they just couldn't control the forces they were appealing to.
I mean, they may as well go for broke now as the horse has bolted on our survival hopes. The manager has asked them not to like, but there you go.

That's pretty old news being rehashed if so.
Kenwright is a serial liar mate, I can deal with most things, but, not liars, especially ones like Kenwright who can look you straight in the eye when they lie.I've learnt my lesson where it comes to Bill Kenwright
Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me
There is stuff that isn't public yet that is going to come out in the next few months...
He will be hard pressed to get in less qualified people Dave. It's fine for people to iterate the appalling platitude ' be careful what you wish for' how much worse do they think it can get?Frank McKenna made - astoundingly - a good point on Toffeetv. So at what point do our ffp restrictions ease? Was supposedly at Christmas right? Two windows now where we sold more than we bought... surely we have more wiggle room if we surviveThelwells job seems safe though ?

I agree that the board needs to be removed and that protesting is the only way. The lot of them need to be gone by the Summer though I’d just settle for getting rid of Kenwright at this point.Support the team, support the team like you've never had to support them before. Palace last season? X that by 10 and that's what's going to be needed to help get us out of this mess.
Protests before the game and after the game? 100% support these too like the very life of our club depends on it. Don't give the board an inch, they don't deserve anything and if we do get relegated, it won't be due to Evertonains protesting, it will be due to what they're protesting against which is an owner and board who have bordered on gross negligence for far too long.
THEY ARE NOT WELCOME ANYMORE

Not sure if there’s any protests planned for this game but I don’t think today’s the day for it
Everything needs to be positive for the new manager and players that we are stuck with. Bear pit atmosphere hopefully with a bit of new hope now Franks gone. Could probably have done with the late game rather than the early one
Personally wouldn’t do one before the game, after the game maybe. There are peaceful protests prior to the game (neither the manager nor players will see an hour before kick off) outside the stadium
Plus a sit in peaceful protest after the game when the players and manager have gone in
There's never a right time to protest, but years of obfuscation and deflection and repeated tactics like "headlock gate" and the way Bill Kenwright is behaving means peaceful protests must happen
No one wants to protest. They want their club ran properly. The club isn't just the manager and players...
The club, the fans cannot have a board mismanaging the club. We cannot have Bill Kenwright thinking this is acceptable View attachment 203512
