The Everton Board Thread

As others have said, Dyche should avoid any mention of the board and bringing the connection with the fans back at all costs. It’s got nothing to do with him, just sort the on field issues out ( which he appears to be making a real fist of from his start) and let the board continue to eat themselves.

They are finished, remember, this was an Everton board of directors who have told the world they are safer at the ground of our rivals, by attending the recent derby?!

A ground containing fans who have been convicted of manslaughter in relation to the deaths of opposition football fans; a ground containing fans who assaulted an ambulance containing an injured opposition player; a ground containing fans who bricked opposition team buses; a ground containing fans who threw a pint pot full of coins onto a young child’s head, severely injuring her; a ground whose fans have caused or been part of countless issues at matches in the recent past.

Our board told the world they were safer with them than with us….

Get out of our club; Sack the Board.
Outstanding mate 👏

I read that if they turn up, fans will assemble at 5.45 at the car park to let them know their feelings.

Hope that happens 🙏

They won`t turn up mate, they`re [Poor language removed] houses and with the headlock lies, they`ve dug themselves into a massive hole, that they can`t get out of, no matter how hard the likes of Prentice tries to spin them out of it.

Yeah he has mentioned it a few times now, he needs to pack it in otherwise he could end up finding himself in hot water. Just stick to the team Sean, the other stuff is not for you mate.

Whether fans like it or not Dyche is an employee of the club/board and he cannot simply egnore whats going on.

I guarantee if supa dupa tory boy had said this fans wouldn't have had an issue with it. Just an attempt to unsettle yet another Everton manager by a minority of fans who love chaos at the club / can't get over Lampards sacking.

They cant do it based off results so they'll attack him based on him not speaking against his employers.

Scandalous.

What a load of horse manure - Dyche doesn’t need to change from his previous responses to the matter, he should stay well clear of trying to build bridges or whatever and stick to doing the good job he’s has done so far on the pitch. Sorting this dysfunctional owner, board and fanbase out is not his remit and I’ve had said exactly the same of lampard had said it.

Ignore the buffoon.

He’s got photos of Frank on the dartboard, whilst the pages of his Benitez annual, are so stuck together, that the only thing its good for now, is paper mache

A bit OTT don't you think ? Nobody is looking for an excuse to attack Dyche or attempting to unsettle him - that's the last thing anyone wants. People are just saying that he shouldn't really be commenting on the fans/board issue and should be concentrating solely on matters on the pitch.

The implication from what he said is that if he achieves better results and saves us from relegation that would repair the damage that has been done. Unfortunately that is a bit naive. These issues go far deeper and are far more ingrained than he realises. They need to be resolved by the owner irrespective of what happens on the pitch this season or next for that matter.

Dyche has enough to concentrate on without getting involved in off field stuff, if he doesn't agree then maybe questions need asking about if he is the right person or not. He doesn't have to speak out against his employers, christ nobody expects that unless they are pretty thick but there is plenty for him to be getting on with. Also if anyone should be building bridges it's the board, don't be getting the manager to do your dirty work for you. Typical Kenwright.

If he turns up tomorrow and we don't get the 3 points it could get very messy indeed. I realy hope he doesn't. There is no turning back the clock just because we got 6 points from the 9 available since Dyche was appointed.

He really needs to heed the requests and the advice to stay away, as much for his own sake as well as everyone else's. Even fans who previously back him have turned against him. It's over for him and those surrounding him - for good.
