Its completely %100 impossible, both legally and in every shape, way or form for Kenwright to put in any clauses that keeps him on if Moshiri sells his shares.More likely Kenwright inserted clauses in the deal when he sold up to Moshiri.
New investors/ buyers would run a mile if he keeps his clauses & wants to stay on.
Any self respecting person would have resigned by now.
oh man, you're like a broken record.
Been on the sherry again have we ?Its completely %100 impossible, both legally and in every shape, way or form for Kenwright to put in any clauses that keeps him on if Moshiri sells his shares.
Those shares are his lawful property and nothing at all to do with Kenwright, if you are saying Kenwright is clever enough, and has a legal team that are so good at contract law, that he cant be removed, its vital he stays at the club as that is the type of person we need to take us forward.
Reality is MSP will not want to work with Moshiri as he has shown himself to be one of the worst owners in the history of the Premier League, it could even be argued that his flat out refusal to remove Kenwright is a hint at what a bad owner he is
If MSP have gone cold thats a good thing as it means we are more likely to get a sale and a clean sweep to follow
For a man with “very little say”, he’s the ultimatepuppet masterMUPPET within the club.
christ, this is the dumbest position ever.i agree don’t want no yanks
christ, this is the dumbest position ever.
You could have terrible American owners (hicks and gillette) or good ones.
You could have Usmanov or Abramovic from Russia
You could have a Gulf state or saudi owner, you'd just have to put up with appalling human rights abuses.
It's not about what country the owners are from, I mean, a billionaire owner who grew up a blue on merseyside is obviously preferable.
But to look at the mess the club is in and turn your nose up at American investment is just weird.
