The Everton Board Thread

If we go down before the final home game, these directors would be insane to attend the match. People will be baying for blood.

I think they’d be under strict police instructions to stay away. Stuff like this is monitored, it’ll be a height of concern for public disorder if we’re relegated
Could well be, but I imagine they'd feel obliged to label it a security matter than non attendance, which also exposes their ineptitude.

"We couldn't attend our own clubs final game for fear of attack" does not read well.

I think they'd send Sharp.

That's the spirit.

You said this "what can be done?" before Brands - he was on the board. Bit of fan discontent and he was launched.

I think Moshiri believes your average Evertonian really value Kenwright/Barrett-Baxendale. If fans dont say otherwise, I don't blame him.

Ah, but we don't know what happened there, Moshiri could quite easily have been influenced by Benitez since he was sacked 7th December and manager wasn't binned till 18th January. We'll never know but a bit easy to say fan discontent in regards to Brands.

I have zero "spirit" for this change because we have no medium for it anymore. "Board out" protests at the ground aren't going to do anything since Moshiri seemingly over-relies on Bill as it is. I just can't see a world where Moshiri bins off the board and brings in proper people.

What we needed was the internal review to be undertaken by an indepenent party who could then advise Moshiri on what to do.

We've seen change since this review (if it even took place) in regards to Sharp (LOL), Cahill, Thelwell, Lampard & backroom staff all coming in but we can't gauge if anything has changed till after the Summer.
