She's the CEO signing off on those accounts. Farhad provides the money, as the CEO it's up to her to ensure responsible oversight.

So why is her responsible for financial oversight and performance  minimal yet she apparently is entitled to full credit for the stadium which is under the purview of its own director?

Carlin knows quite well it was Bill who promoted her to CEO, y'know Miss Dynamite, all roads lead to Bill, 24 years of failure and no trophies, when he became owner, including when he became Chairman.
