A few Villa fans ambushed my Dad's 60yr. old mate as we made our way into Old Trafford for the second replay. We saw them off, but we were disgusted that they targeted the oldest feller in the group who was walking slightly behind us. Never had any respect for them since.

Maybe our exceptionalism puts us in an echo chamber just like the Geordies we sneer at?
