It's not even a faux outrage thing at this stage, I've been there myself but had the control to take myself away from the forum, I don't think Frank does and he probably needs to focus his energy on clearing his head and realising this place isn't the be all and end all of life.

If you reach the point where you don't just brush stuff off then it's probably not right for you.

This place can get to you when it feels like everyone is ganging up on you
