Ummm...

Lol.

That whole fiasco was a fit up post 2000 World Cup because of Maradona dumping them out of it and getting the Neapolitans on the Argentina side in the game there. A political stitch up.

Quite rightly exonerated.

The war is over, D. The little magician has won.

Just say he's good and we can move to prepping for the Martinez vs Dyche battle to come

Yeah but Dr Ernesto G is simply one more in the pantheon of Argentine gods to level headed people.
I wouldn't disagree with you regarding how Che is viewed generally in South America. Put up with the Monroe Doctrine for a couple of centuries, and you and yours would probably hate us and embrace the symbols of resistance as well.

All I'm saying is that both Che and Castro are controversial in other parts of the world, particularly in North America and especially among the Cuban ex-pats who live here. Not uncommon - I'm sure Jaruzelski is as popular with @polish as Castro is with the Cubans driven into exile, and as Bush and Blair are in parts of the world where they have to dodge shoes.

If Everton win seven league games during the rest of the season every one of them will be bleedin’ awesome even if they stink the grounds out!!
I think a number of our fans would turn a willful blind eye if we stacked 11 behind the ball effectively, went Route One every game and nicked seven 1-0 results.

Turning a blind eye to Allardyce would be another matter.

lol

Why on earth would they be?

Che was a cold-blooded killer.

Having said that, on my first ever trip to the USA! USA! USA! I was pulled into a room for a good hour at Orlando airport by some overzealous border officer who was most interested in the Cuban stamp in my passport - and whether I was a communist..
