Or another way of looking it is that she's clung on to as much of her natural beauty as she can by having a few surgical enhancements. Do you think she'd look better than this with wrinkles and natural signs of aging like most 50+ year old women have?

You can lop off a bit of oversized ears, chin and nose in some cases with an outcome improved on original but those and burn victims are the only examples I can think of.

Face lifts etc while giving the illusions of the smooth skin of youth result in the tight skin making the face less expressive and appearing to look unnatural.

I can't think of any celeb who's had anti-aging surgery resulting in a more pleasing (to my eyes anyway) appearance.

I think I'm still bitter about having a crush on Jennifer Grey and then her having surgery to become unrecognisable like she was in witness protection.
