At least the posters in the toilets are well targetted.

You could get a good pie and a laugh with the staff in the sixty and good football iblame it on Boris jonhsonIt's like they think we're stuck in the 60's but with prices of the future.
It'd be a bit more difficult at Goodison, certainly in the Bullens cos they're tight on space but in some of the away grounds I've been to it seems a no brainer.I was thinking the exact same thing. Their most in demand product is the same one that takes the most to prepare so you should have someone dedicated to ensuring there's a ready supply of it.
No though. That's too common sense, in a place where there's no common sense.
I won't be happy until there's table service personally. A little reserved sign and a pint of warm Chang and a sausage roll waiting for me at HT.No but you have other problems; like voting Tory and erectile dysfunction.
Although, I have to say (and dont know if its the same all over the ground) they serve the worst coffee in the prem...it actually tastes of cupWe don't have this problem in the Park End...
Firstly I acknowledge it has its challenges as its high volume custom to service in a very limited time. I also acknowledge that it's minimum wage and they struggle for staffing. Further more yesterday was the first game of the season so likely to be a lot of new staff starting for the first time.
However it's continually crap service at these all around the ground. Even if you go down early you struggle to get served and have time to eat and drink before the second half starts due to the long waiting time and general inefficiency of the staff there and their systems. Which is sound as you're not expecting five star but you're paying premium prices so it could be a lot better.
On top of this they run out of stuff that they advertise too easily, so that's poor stock control. I think it's out sourced this isn't it? They need to put pressure on who is operating it to improve it.
The new bogs are ace though.
Problem at virtually every ground I've been to tbh, including Wembley.
I've worked a lot of bars over the years, it baffles me that they don't line up stacks of 3/4 filled pints before the main rush then top them up, just have some staff dedicated to doing that, some dedicated to finishing and serving. You know roughly how many you'll be knockin out and over what time. Basic bar management.
Try having lunch before you go the match.Firstly I acknowledge it has its challenges as its high volume custom to service in a very limited time. Also, is so difficult to serve pies that have an edible temperature inside?
If not please reveal as lava pies.
Seriously if you're gonna charge premium prices then your product and service need to be aligned accodingly. Ripping off people who've already paid a high price for entrance to the venue.
Hope is new regime bins all these lizards off.
