I'm not trolling anyone.

There's a distinct possibility that they'd focus on Juventus. But the details of any deal have yet to emerge yet on just how they'll invest in the club and what strings will be attached to it and that's of no concern to most.

And you and others haven't addressed the very legitimate concern that we'll see our club lose its identity by being seen as part of a group of clubs...we all saw that happen with 777 and how all those clubs become lost in the wider association they have with their owners. But hey, what's 146 years worth of heritage....?

People commenting on Roma's transfers need to know they are under FFP supervision by UEFA and Friedkin got a bit of leeway in the first transfer window in which Roma spent 100m. I think it lasts until either 2026 or 2027 so their hands are tied regards to spending. You need to look at other things they've done that's in their own hands. New Adidas manufacture new shirt sponser with the Saudis and paid alot of debt off at the club.
great.webp

Over the last 4 years, the Friedkin Group has invested more than any other club owner in Italy. If we add the price tag they had to pay to previous owner, we're close to 1 billion euros. Unfortunately we're under harsh FFP supervision, so 70% of the money has been spent off the pitch.

See 777 pretty high up there too.
