The Times quote:

"Calvert-Lewin is not minded to sign a new deal while there is uncertainty at the top of the club, with the Friedkin Group doing due diligence after being granted exclusivity by the owner, Farhad Moshiri, to buy his shareholding. A takeover is not considered to be a formality, with due diligence offering the American group plenty to consider."

Nothing new in that. We know this is what's happening.
Indicates that if it’s gets sorted, DCL would look to stay. What a rat he is for wanting some stability at our great club.

Little Ross loving it all over the Twitters. Honestly, who hurt this guy? He really doesn’t like Everton.

2 hours after Brighton had announced his signing on their Twitter

Do we know times article he is referring to?
It’s the one about DCL not signing due to uncertainty over the clubs future. It does not say the deal is off just that it’s far from done and due diligence is still ongoing.

I mean this chap said in no uncertain terms that we wouldn’t enter exclusivity with Friedkin and they’d walked away. About a day before the club released a statement on agreeing exclusivity so I’m not really bothered about what nonsense he’s spouting 😂

Is this Ross the new stadium announcer fella?
No this is a nut job who’s never got a thing right about the club, was insistent that Tarkowski, Gana, Garner, Onana and someone else weren’t joining the club and that it was absolutely 100% certain that Vitor Pereira was being named manager at the exact time Frank Lampard was signing his contract. He’s been genuinely pushing that A-Cap are taking over even though they are a lender rather than a financial powerhouse that Freidkin is
