Brothers married into a Sunderland die hard ST holder family mate. They absolutely rave about the lad.

Having caught a game the other week I can see why, a very special talent who you could easily see ending up another Foden or Bellingham, he really looks that good, just turned 17 already played over 30 games, debude at 15.

£40 million "boost" on GP. Which is total ca. £56 million a year

Im sorry, but we are going to write down some math and then conveniently forget about sponsorships, food and drink, merchandise, extra events and more?

You've already outlined 50m per season in ticket sales. Throw in million in food/drink increases. We already have one sponsorship from castore for 13m more than last year(and there will be more). Then you have other events, which bring in 1-5m per night for Tottenham for example. Do 10 nights a year of that and you have another 10m minimum.

Castore sponsorship: 13m
Events: 10m
Food/drink:?
Already thats 73m + whatever increases in food/drink/merchandise/other sponsorships.

Thats LITERALLY from an Athletic article outlining the exact profits the Tottenham stadium is making. Where they stated details of certain events bringing in 15m to the club but actual profit after costs being around 5m, so I took the low number.

If you TRULY have an issue with someone "just throwing figures around" then you should stop now, because Im using actual figures from financial professionals that arent my own and you are the one just making stuff up.

You've cited Tottenham Stadium's figures as those that apply to BMD.

They have a bigger capacity. 62,303 versus Everton's 52,888 (ca. 18% bigger)

They have a bigger hospitality capacity. 8000 Premium Seats + 70 Lounges versus Everton's 5,334 premium seats + 9 Lounges

They have a retractable pitch and other features for non-football events.

You've tried to compare a larger stadium and then claimed that BMD will get the same revenues.
