I'd prefer someone with a commercial / financial rather than legal background as CEO but it will be no surprise if it turns out to be Souloukou.

The whole De Rossi situation is a bit murky. I don't think any CEO sacks a manager without owner approval but there seems to be an appreciation that it was done in haste. It may be good news for Thelwell and Dyche, particularly for Dyche. She may be loathe to simply come in and swing the axe initially even though I'd say the majority of fans would be in favour of a new manager asap.
