0.8pts per game is 30 over the course of a 38 game season. Put that on top of Dyche’s points total and you can see from the graphic above that it’s nearly 400pts.

It’s not over a season though is it mate it’s over a career. Still surprising low comparatively adding the qualitative data when you consider the players resources and clubs he was at in this league, it’s less then half better then Dyche did at Burnley and here with no money, poor players, small squads and a points deduction to boot - I presume the point deduction is probably not in that data either.

Actually surprised by the comparative stats posted…. I don’t think that was the original posters intention.

Would have lost money on Mourinho averaging in games in this league.

I’d suggest it very much does matter, how much, well .8.

Jose had some players - be fun to do a comparative net spend and see how much .8 costs & pick both best 11s over their PL time.

Imagine would be equally revealing.
.9 👍 and over 2 seasons in the championship With Burnley over 92 games dyche got the same points per game as Jose did in the prem 2.02

1.72 in the championship.

He clocked 1.30 last season here, with the points deduction, so actually higher. So I’m being kind at .8.

Be very interesting to see what he could do with resources.

This is far from the smoking gun you lids-think it is, far from it.
