Hilarious seeing all the articles coming out from the pc, social justice type crowd trying to put Lilly King into the wrong and paint a 2 time proven doper into a victim.

Not to mention all those calling her a hypocrite "because US athletes have been convicted (like gaitlin)" even though King is on record saying she doesn't think US athletes convicted should be allowed on the team either

Completely unnecessary, sexist and stupid comment coming up so please turn away those that offend easy.

Sweet Lord and humana humana how hot is Yulia! I'd like to do some dirty Greek things to my Orthodox sister that may get me arrested in Republican states in the US.

Damn girl!

I don't like her nose

It's a many shades of grey issue.

Not an 'America is right you're wrong' issue.

Americans love absolutes but this isn't.

This Russian is clearly not part of the state sponsored regime and this heart medication thing. Is a grey one too.

This Russian lives in America!

There's more obvious targets to fume at.

Plus there are and have been American cheats.

So like I say. Many shades of grey.

Not black and white state sponsored situation with the FSB helping.

I'm not fuming at the Russian swimmer nor do I think it's part of the state run program as I am aware she trained in California.
The whole thing is being blown out of proportion and politicized. Efimova was banned for 16 months in the past even if you give her the heart medication pass, she has been convicted.

King doesn't think any previously convicted athletes should compete. Including American cheats like Gaitlin. She didn't call out all Russians or Russian swimmers, just Efimova. It's not a Russian vs America issue really despite everyone trying to make it so. It's one swimmers opinion of another specific swimmer.

I don't think Efimova deserves abuse but she got cocky in her preliminary heat with the number #1 finger wag so King piped her down. Stuff like that happens in sports all the time between rivals.

I agree.
