The one positive from not being allowed to drink , is the non proliferation of said Hangover .
When I think of some of the states I fell into work in over the years , days where I would've cut me hand off to be able to just go back to bed , ...

Had my worst hangover ever today as a result of 10 pints and the best night out of the term last night. Managed to drag myself out of bed just in time to listen to Everton.

Had a lock-in at my local til 5am drinking silly strong ales, with some odd people playing guitars and singing sea shantys.

no liquor tonight, I have to be up for work at 8am which is a pity as if it were last night I would most certainly have a few strong slurps of nefarious liquid if we had beat hammers.

any victory over West ham means a few strong uns but not tonight, which is a pity as I could probably go down to the Old Kent Road and get a few free drinks in an everton shirt on the back of what's just happened.

went out on wednesday night and got home at 4am after some strong stuff so it can wait another three nights, are Liverpool playing that night before they are put out of their euro misery, have to check.
